Net Entertainment is a gambling software company that provides gaming options for operators around the world. The company most recently earned approval to operate in the state of New Jersey via the bwin.party brand. NetEnt announced the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement had provided a transactional waiver which gave the company approval to launch their gaming content while the application is still being reviewed.
Before launching fully, NetEnt will begin the installation process of their services and then run a trial of their services. The games can go live now at any time. NetEnt will be providing multichannel casino games for the very first time in the United States for brands of bwin.party. The first agreement was signed in June. The first online casinos in New Jersey to feature NetEnt games like Hall of Gods and Steam Tower could include PartyPoker, Borgata Poker and Borgata Casino.
Each signed deal received an individual transactional waiver, meaning the other agreements in the state are not covered. NetEnt has also signed deals to work with Caesars Interactive Entertainment and the Golden Nugget. The company has yet to receive transactional waivers for these companies.
Björn Krantz, the Managing Director of NetEnt Americas, commented on the approval by stating: “The approval of the transactional waiver for Borgata and bwin.party in New Jersey marks yet another milestone in our efforts to successfully go to market and build a long-term presence in North America. We are working in close collaboration with our partners and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to secure that necessary administration is taken to successfully go live as soon as possible.”
