Donaco International Ltd is a casino operator listed in Australia that has recently undergone a few major changes. The operator announced in a filing earlier this week that the company has a new corporate brand and logo. The new brand features a fountain and uses the corporate colors of the Donaco company, red and gold.

In the filing with the Australian Securities Exchange, Donaco stated that the new changes will evoke good fortune, celebration as well as prosperity and success. According to the company, the fountain is used to symbolize entertainment, celebration and constant motion. Donaco feels as though the values are appropriate for the company as they continue to grow at a rapid place and consistently evolving in the industry of entertainment and leisure.

On the 1st of July, Donaco confirmed a deal which will see the company acquire Star Vegas Resort and Club, which is located in Poipet. The company could spend as much as $360 million on the acquisition. The company currently operates the Aristo International Hotel which is a casino and hotel in the Vietnam province of Lao Cai.
