NMi announced on its website on August 25, 2015 that it was given accreditation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to perform offline and online games testing.

The Gaming Licensing and Development Department of PAGCOR is the body responsible for setting guidelines and regulatory measures for gambling operators. Supporting the government of the Philippines in saving the integrity of the gaming sector in this country, the accreditation by PAGCOR comes after the appointment of NMi by First Cagayan. Now NMi can conduct tests for both jurisdictions in the country which speaks volumes about NMi’s commitment in Asia.

According to the business development manager at NMi, Julian Borg-Barthet, the Philippines are coming forward as an important area for NMi and the demands of customers promotes the expansion. “The reason why customers want to align with NMi is because we are working closely with them as well as with the consultants and government people to extend our reach in important markets,” he added.

NMi has a 40 year experience in the European gaming industry and offers global service to its customers from labs located all over the world.
