The St. Regis Macao, developed by Sands China Limited, is scheduled to open its doors on December 17, 2015. The facility in Macau is the final tower of Sands Cotai Central Casino Resort and is built for businessmen and travelers or families that want to enjoy high class and luxury. St. Regis Macao will have 400 suites and guest rooms. To complete the project the company will spend about US$380 million.

The hotel was initially scheduled to open on August 1st, and then December 1st, but the director of public relations at St. Regis Macao, Karen Kang, said in an email to GGRAsia that it will officially open the 17th and added that people can now make reservations via the booking channels.

The opulent St. Regis Macao will join existing hotel brands at Sands Cotai Central Casino Resort which has opened in stages starting in early 2012; Holiday Inn Macao, Conrad Macao and Sheraton Macao Hotel. The Sheraton and St. Regis are Starwood Hotels and Resorts brands, with St. regis being the more upscale property.

The hotel will be the 7th property for St. Regis in the Greater China area. The other properties are located in Tibet, Beijing, Tianjin, Sanya, Chengdu and Shenzhen. The general manager of sales and marketing for St. Regis Macao, Daniella Tonetto, said that they are very thrilled to open the hotel. She also added that St. Regis Macao is perfectly positioned to meet the needs of the new generation travelers that want to get a different experience.

Sands China Limited also owns the Venetian Macao and is developing another similar facility in Cotai i.e. the Parisian Macao which will be a replica of the Eiffel Tower. Parisian Macao should open in the second half of 2016.

Nice copy from Macau media outlets. At least you should quote from where you picked the story.
