An 80 room hotel with a heated 40 ft by 20 ft heated pool and indoor/outdoor sauna area and full service spa will open on Monday the 22nd of June. Grand Opening ceremonies for the entire facility will be held in July. The tribe broke ground on the complex in June 2014.

The casino resort is named for the 12 tribes of the Colville Reservation.

Pathways are well marked in tile and carpet to help guide under-aged guests with their parents past the gaming floor to eateries and the hotel. The minimum age to gamble or be on the casino floor or poker room at 12 Tribes Casino is 18.
