On Friday, July 1, The Marketplace Eatery will be debuted by Borgata in partnership with real estate developer and restaurateur, George Siganos. Tasting plates and vintage wines will be available at a wine bar and culinary operations will be overseen by local Chef Joe Muldoon. Wine dinners and interactive tasting classes will be part of The Marketplace’s offerings as well.
The market’s offering will be joined by Eatery dining selections such as wraps, sandwiches, salads, as well as Asian, Italian, Mexican, including: Chop & Toss Salad Company, Burgerville: Burgers Shakes & Fries, Casa Taco Express, Asian Fusion: Udon / Sushi & Traditional, Pizata: Pizza & Pasta, and The Original Philly Steaks And Subs. And Executive Chef Jennifer Muldoon will oversee Philly-style cuisine.

The launch of a new signature restaurant and 25,000 square feet of convention and meeting space will take Borgata’s development into 2017.
