In a deal that further expands its European presence, Oryx Gaming has entered into an agreement with experienced land-based casino operator Senator, providing it with its first online solution, including the Bragg Gaming Group company’s (TSXV:BRAG) iGaming platform, Oryx Hub, and the extensive selection of Oryx RGS (remote gaming server ) and third party content.
Operating 17 brick-and-mortar casinos in Croatia, Senator will leverage the Slovenian firm‘s proprietary tools including payments and player management, bonuses and rewards, CRM (customer relationship management) and promotions, rule engine, fraud, analytics and reporting, compliance, and CMS (content management system).
Portfolio access:
Courtesy of the new collaboration, the operator gains access to Oryx Hub, which boasts a vast library of more than 10,000 casino games from over 100 providers, including proprietary RGS content from Oryx, as well as a range of third-party suppliers such as Swedish digital gaming company Play’n GO, EGT, Amatic, NetEnt, and Novomatic Interactive division, Greentube.
Additionally, Senator will utilize the Ljubljana-headquartered firm’s real-time data and player engagement platforms including a variety of tools, such as leaderboards, free rounds, jackpots, achievements, tournaments, and campaign management, all of which have been shown to markedly increase player retention and values.
The operator will utilize its “knowledge and expertise” to debut its first online gaming offering, which is becoming increasingly popular in Croatia, explained Dimitar Deskoski, Chief Operating Officer for Senator. The COO added…
…they believe Oryx’s solutions offer the “best conditions” for their online debut and “perfectly position” them for future growth. Deskoski said both its existing customer base and an all-new audience will experience Oryx’s premium games portfolio.
In addition to Croatia, Senator is responsible for casino operations in several overseas territories, including Central and South America, Mauritius, Kenya, and Macedonia, in the Balkins. The iGaming launch in the country on the coast of the Adriatic Sea is the first time the company has deviated from its traditional land-based origins.
Great start:
Enjoying “great success” in Croatia’s growing regulated market, Oryx Gaming’s Managing Director Matevž Mazij added in the official press release that the company’s turnkey solution provides everything its partners need for a successful casino, lottery, and sportsbook operation. He said it is an “honour” to have been chosen by “an established and respected local operator” such as Senator to aid their entry into the iGaming space, while their diverse content and high quality products will enable the operator to “hit the ground running with a premium online offering.”
Oryx’s new partnership follows its deal with leading Dutch land-based operator JVH gaming & entertainment group that will see it extend its reach in Europe via the Netherlands where the online gaming market is set to open in September 2021.
Licensed by both the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN), Oryx is compliant, certified, or approved to operate in 18 other major jurisdictions and is accredited with the ISO/IEC 27001 Certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
