Paradise Entertainment Limited and its subsidiary LT Macau Limited have entered into an agreement with Sociedade De Jogos De Macau, S.A (SJM) to operate a casino venue at San Kin Yip Commercial Centre, which will dramatically increase the group’s presence in the Macau electronic gaming market. In December of last year the group opened Paradise Entertainment Casino, in the same Centre, which is the world’s first e-casino.
With the success of the casino it has been expanded to take up five floors in San Kip Yip Commercial Centre and tighten connections between the two. Located right near the Lisboa Casino and Hotel as well as the Wynn Macau Resort, the Paradise Entertainment Casino is in its final stages and set to open very soon.
It has a gaming floor of 172,820 square feet. This will help it hold over seven hundred electronic gaming terminals and slot machines, and up to eighty traditional felt tables which will include Paradise Jackpot Progressive Baccarat the world’s first progressive baccarat game.
LT Macau will be getting 55 percent of the net win from table games and 40 percent of the net win from slots. SJM will be responsible for covering special gaming tax amounting to 40 percent of the total net win of the casino, from all gaming. LT Macau will be reimbursing SJM for rental costs, operating expenses, etc incurred by the company.
