Pariplay Ltd., a leading B2B provider of iGaming Solutions and games has further expanded its footprint in the Romanian market via a partnership with London-listed online gaming entertainment company 888 Holdings PLC, (LSE: 888) for its award-winning online casino brand 888casino.
Responsible for innovative products including the Ignite Studio development program and the Fusion aggregation platform, the Gibraltar-headquartered aggregator and content provider will, under the terms of the agreement, make its casino games portfolio “more widely available” in Romania‘s iGaming space. The agreement also builds on its Q1 2020 initial introduction.
The current partnership deal is Pariplay’s third and largest Romanian partner since it was granted a Class II gaming license for online game content in the southeastern European country in July 2019 by the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN). The agreement also grows the already established relationship with 888casino, with Pariplay currently being live in numerous key regulated markets.
Senior Vice President, Head of B2C for 888 Holdings, Guy Cohen, commented on the new deal in a company press release, saying…
“We’re very excited to expand our partnership with Pariplay, which have already been welcome additions to our portfolio of casino games across several of our key regulated markets. This partnership will see us integrate a selection of their most popular titles for 888casino in Romania with additional titles planned for the months ahead, ensuring our players maintain a sense of anticipation for more releases down the line.”
Pariplay will kick off the new partnership agreement with one of its most popular titles, Mystic Manor and Dragons of North, with another 13, including the branded title Bloodshot: Rising Spirit and its own Wolf Riches to roll out soon after. The content already enjoys widespread popularity throughout Europe’s regulated markets and enhances 888casino’s impressive offering of 650-plus games from a wide range of providers.
Also commenting on the new partnership agreement, Managing Director for Pariplay, Adrian Bailey, said…
“We’re confident that partnering with a brand that has reputation of 888casino will significantly strengthen our position in the Romanian market. The steady release of new Pariplay content on 888casino will be instrumental in providing Romanian players with innovative games to enjoy while also expanding the reach of our content throughout regulated Europe.”
The deal further demonstrates Pariplay’s commitment to expanding its presence across global regulated markets, with Romania’s, in particular, seeing an uptick since 2014. In 2019, the country reported annual turnover of 9 billion RON.
Switzerland and Italy:
The multi-channel gaming company has also expanded its presence in the Swiss iGaming market courtesy of a recent partnership deal with land-based operator Casino Davos. The agreement will see the firm’s gaming content made available to Casino Davos’ online offering Casino777.ch.
Meanwhile, 888 Holdings recently extended its already successful partnership with Novomatic Interactive division, Greentube, in a deal that sees the developer’s popular online titles to be launched in Italy on 888casino.
The agreement will see the adaptation of the Vienna-based firm’s land-based titles, which are already a success in the Italian market, available to players on the online casino in the European country that Greentube first entered in 2018.
