The XL Inferno poker series at 888poker is in full swing with players having access to tons of poker tournament options via the popular platform. Having started on May 14th, 888poker has already seen several events finish up. Today, the schedule includes PKO events, with players able to buy-in on three levels.

PKO stands for Progressive Knockout Tournament and 888poker will offer three poker events, each with the same format but with varying buy-ins. Players can choose to play in the high end, with the $50,000 PKO event which has a buy-in of $109.
Those who want to pay a little less can choose to compete in the Mini or the Late event. The Late option has a buy-in of $33 and a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000. The Mini version has a buy-in of $16.50 and includes a larger $20,000 prize pool.

Players can take part in today’s events as well as try to win a seat to the Main Event, which offers a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. Each day at 17:30 GMT, the site offers an XL Inferno Main Event qualifier. This will run until the 23rd.
The top five players of each qualifier will win a $250 seat to the Main Event. This is a great way to earn a spot in the special event without having to pay the standard buy-in.
