Leading gaming content supplier, Play’n GO, has launched its latest slot release, Demon, developed in collaboration with the English metal band by the same name.
The Växjö-headquartered software and systems developer also recently announced its newly-inked partnership with multinational Spanish operator Codere.
“we really capture the spirit of the band”
According to the official press release from the online casino games developer that is “really excited” about the release…
…..the band Demon was among the pioneers of the “New Wave of British Heavy Metal” in the ’70s, along with the likes of Motorhead and Def Leppard, having left a “huge legacy” in the world of heavy metal music.
Surprise inside:
The Swedish developer further communicates that in addition to the joint effort in creating the new video slot, the game also features the song, Devil Rides Out, an exclusive track, which itself features as an “unlockable bonus track” within the slot, something that they are super stoked about.
According to the news release, this is the very first instance a collaboration such as this has been attempted in the world of slot gaming. And they are “extremely proud” to be the first to do it, and explaining that innovation is at their core, and they do it whenever they can.
Third time’s a charm:
Not their first go-round, the developer has previously launched Sabaton, a title featuring the Swedish power metal band by the same name, and House of Doom, another music-themed title, making Demon the studio’s third music-based slot.
Commenting on the exciting collaboration and their approach to music slots, Chief Operations Officer, Martin Zettergren, said…
“The thing that sets Demon and our other music slots apart from others is the fact that the bands are part of the creative process so, not only do we bring our usual levels of creativity and entertainment to each slot, but we really capture the spirit of the band, giving it that something extra.
Demon is another great release for us as we move into the final stretch of this year, ensuring that we finish this year with the consistency and strength we’ve shown across 2019.”
Related business:
As mentioned, the new slot release is on the heels of Play’n GO’s new partnership with Spanish multinational company, Codere. The collaboration precedes similar agreements by Codere after in August Pragmatic Play went live with the Spanish and Latin America-facing operator.
Additionally, the developer also just partnered with Malta-based online gambling operator, Kindred Group (KINDSDB:Stockholm), (formerly Unibet Group) for the exclusive release of Troll Hunters 2. To launch exclusively on Kindred platforms, the exciting new game is the latest in the Troll Hunters saga which the operator and Play’n GO launched together in 2013.
