Play’n GO invites you to chase a rainbow of riches in its latest release, Leprechaun Goes Wild!, a high volatile game set in the partly cloudy but welcoming Irish countryside.

The recent launch is yet another addition to the Swedish slot specialist’s popular Leprechaun series of games following Leprechaun Goes to Hell, released in 2016, and Leprechaun Goes to Egypt, delivered in 2013.

a familiar face with a fresh perspective

A 5-reel, 4-row slot with 20 fixed paylines, the game features an entire team of rascally leprechauns who have banded together to form the Rainbo Revolution, bringing heaping pots-o-gold and good fortune to all who embrace their cause.

Luck of the Irish:

During gameplay, each one of the mischievous little fairies acts as a Wild for their respective reel and can replace any symbol to help players create winning combinations.

As for the game’s symbols, we have flower-draped 10 through Ace royals, along with the high pays, which include “classic hallmarks of the leprechaun mythology;” a wooden pipe, a top hat, a lucky horseshoe, a mug of suds and a pot of gold.

The latter is, of course, the most lucrative at 20x the stake, however, it is not the highest in the game. The wild symbol holds that distinction, at 40x the stake, while the luckiest symbol of them all, the four-leaf clover, is also the Scatter. It can be used to trigger the two special features in the game, Extra Spins and Luck of the Irish.

Keeping it fresh:

According to an official press release

…Chief Executive Officer for Pragmatic Play, Johan Törnqvist commented on the new game, and the challenge presented when revisiting characters in slot titles.

“Players feel a connection with some of our most beloved characters; Hugo, Rich Wilde and the Leprechaun, so it’s always worth revisiting them to bring a familiar face from a fresh perspective.

“It’s important not to rehash the same old scenario in a game; otherwise, there’s no point. We want to make sure we give players MORE, even when dealing with a character they’re already accustomed to.”

Promising outlook:

With new markets on its radar and a whopping 52 games set to be released, 2020 promises to be the Swedish developer‘s biggest year to date.

The Växjö-headquartered supplier is well on its way, having launched a steady stream of new slots since the 1st of the year, including Coywolf Cash; Wild Blood II, the fantasy-themed vampire sequel to the developer’s 2013 slot Wildblood, along with Wildhound Derby, and the Ancient Egypt-themed, Legacy of Dead.
