On the heels of the launch of its latest fruit slot, Maltese gambling content provider, Playson, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Platinum Casino’s online division that will see the provider expand its footprint in the Romanian market.
The leading game developer has recently enjoyed an outstanding period of growth in Eastern Europe, having agreed commercial deals with operators in both Bulgaria and Latvia.
According to the official press release…
The new partnership will see the Sliema-headquartered international brand provide its suite of advanced slots including the player-favorite Timeless Fruit Slots series alongside new games such as Mighty Africa, Book of Gold: Classic, Solar Queen and Wild Warriors.

Commenting on the most recent tie-up, Senior Account Manager for Playson, Christos Zoulianitis, said…

“We are always striving to enhance our reach in regulated markets, and this is the latest in a string of strategic commercial deals which has seen us continue to expand our presence across Eastern Europe.”
Mutually beneficial relationship:
For its part, Platinum Casino PR Manager, Tatiana Grigorescu, added…
“Ensuring that we grow our offering to players with the latest and greatest games is a priority for Platinum Casino, and Playson continues to produce an excellent selection of market leading slots.

Finnplay move:
In late May, Nordic-based open gaming platform provider, Finnplay, announced that it had launched the licensed Class I operator [Platinum Play] in Romania using its Class II licensed iGaming platform.
Playson July production:
The provider recently released another addition to its Imperial Fruits royal series, Imperial Fruits: 40 Lines, up from the previous version’s 5 lines, and was also granted a Class II License by the Romanian regulator (ONJN).
July proved to be a very productive month for the slots developer, having partnered with white-label casino, Meridianbet, and also signing content supply deals with E-Play24, one of Italy’s leading licensed gaming operators, games resellers and platform providers, as well as Gibraltar-based API based platform, Pragmatic Solutions.
In addition to the SuprNation deal earlier last month, the developer also recently announced that it has further enhanced its presence in the Italian market having signed an agreement with operator BetFlag. The company also in July inked a commercial deal with Latvian operator Klondaika, in a move that grows its presence in the Baltic States.
