After recently announcing Vsevolod Lapin as the company’s new chief operating officer, Malta-based online casino software developer Playson has teamed up with Serbia-based operator BalkanBet to supply its innovative content to the fast-growing sports betting brand.

Courtesy of the new partnership, a selection of the digital entertainment supplier’s most recently released titles, such as Lion Gems: Hold and Win, Wolf Power Megaways and Burning Fortunator, will be made available to the operator’s players in the Southeast European country.

Also part of the agreement, balkanbet.rs will also be able to utilize the slots specialist’s range of promotional mechanics, including Reel of Fortune and Cash Blast, which are integration-free and have shown to markedly boost player retention.

Key to success:

Praising Playson as a “dynamic game developer with a track record of creating innovative products with widespread player appeal,” Dejan Tasić, Head of Casino for BalkanBet, said they are “delighted” to join forces with the provider.

“Our offering is of a peerless quality and teaming up with premium suppliers such as Playson is key to our success in delivering world-class entertainment experiences to a broad customer base.”

The deal, as reflected in its refreshed identity announcement last month…

….reaffirms its “commitment to going big with bold ideas and delivering high quality gaming content” to more customers worldwide.

Regional expansion:

Also commenting on the new alliance, Blanka Homor, Sales Director for Playson, said they are “thrilled” to partner with BalkanBet in a “comprehensive content deal that helps to maintain our rapid regional expansion.”

Homor stated further…

“We look forward to working alongside a company that shares our ambitious outlook, and BalkanBet’s impressive player reach allows us to continue attracting new audiences in the exciting Serbian market.”

New CCO:

As mentioned, the comprehensive content deal follows the supplier’s recent announcement that Vsevolod Lapin (pictured) had been promoted to the company’s new Chief Operating Officer after spending four years as Head of Product Department.

Lapin joined Playson in 2017 as Product Manager and after only eight months was leading the Product Department, aided by his decade-plus of experience in strategic marketing and product management. In his new role, he will support the company and its new brand identity while overseeing its product portfolio, tools creation, enhanced game production and market expansion, according to the firm’s press release.

Prior to signing with Playson, Vsevolod reportedly did a two-year stint as a Senior Brand Manager position at The Coca-Cola Company.

Proven leadership:

Alex Ivshin, Chief Executive for Playson, commented on the appointment, saying…

“Everyone at Playson is pleased to have Vsevolod as our new Chief Operating Officer, we’re adamant that he will deliver fantastic results for the company.

“During his time with us, Vsevolod has consistently shown to be hard working, passionate, and dedicated to bringing the next wave of exciting products to our offering. As we look to build on our recent momentum and extend our reach across regulated markets.”
