In the United Kingdom, omni-channel gaming software and services innovator, Playtech, has announced the signing of an extension deal that will see the self-service betting terminals from its Playtech BGT Sports sportsbetting subsidiary continue to utilize content from Racing Post.
According to an official press release published by European Gaming Media and Events, London-listed Playtech explained that this content is due to encompass in-demand data on horse and greyhound racing events taking place in Ireland and the United Kingdom such as trainer and jockey information as well as the Racing Post predictor tool.
Playtech detailed that this content is to additionally include the Racing Post Bet Finder wagering filter tool, which has been designed to improve the experiences of users, and continue to be displayed on the dual screen interface that it is a feature of all Playtech BGT Sports self-service betting terminals.
Finally, the innovator declared that the agreement encompasses international racing content from Sports Information Services Limited and The Racing Partnership as well as ‘a committed roadmap of new innovative features’ such as wager generating and prompting content that is set to be introduced ‘in the coming weeks’ in order to ‘maximize bet conversion.’
