iGaming Business – The PokerStars Spain subsidiary of the Amaya Gaming-owned online poker brand will begin offering blackjack and roulette games.

According to the Cardschat.com website, the launch comes after Pokerstars’ Spanish subsidiary in July was awarded licences to offer additional games via the Pokerstars.es domain.

Rational Group, the previous owner of Pokerstars prior to Amaya Gaming’s acquisition of the brand earlier this year, had said that the online poker offering would remain a poker-only service, with its sister brand Full Tilt being expanded with the addition of casino games.

However, after having agreed to purchase both brands in June this year, Amaya Gaming chief executive officer David Baazov said that games would be added to both brands to help boost services.
