Leading multi-product content provider to the iGaming industry, Pragmatic Play, has been hard at work this month and has unleashed its second new slot in Egyptian Fortunes.
The Malta-based innovator’s latest creation takes players on a journey through time when Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt were the supreme leaders of the land.
Egyptian symbols:
A foreboding temple serves as the backdrop for this 3×5 video slot, which features reels filled with symbols including the cards 10 through A, four Egyptian gods and goddesses, Horus, Anubis, Khnum and Bastet, as well as the leader of the people, the Pharaoh, and statues and ankhs.
If you score three pyramid bonus symbols simultaneously on the reels, the extra spins mode is activated, at which time you’ll be transported to the desert where you’ll enter a sacred vault deep inside a great pyramid. The vault is filled with riches and once there you’ll select three symbols and they will determine how many extra spins you receive before a violent sandstorm whisks you away.
Thrilling journey:
Chief Commercial Officer for Pragmatic Play, Melissa Summerfield, said…
“Egyptian Fortunes is a thrilling journey into the mysteries of the pyramids, giving players the opportunity to spin the reels and uncover their secrets.
“With its engaging gameplay and immersive free spins mode, Egyptian Fortunes is set to be a headline hit for our operator partners,” according to the official press release.
Back-to-back:
The Ancient Egypt-themed slot comes on the back of the launch of the summer-spirited Wild Pixies, a 3×5 video slot that takes place in an enchanted woodland. The latest release also complements top-performing titles from Pragmatic, including Mustang Gold, Da Vinci’s Treasure and Wolf Gold.
Wild Pixies followed the approval of its state-of-the-art, newly-built Bucharest-based live casino studio, which was granted a Class II license by the Romanian regulator (ONJN) at the beginning of April.
The licensing was on the heels of the Sliema-headquartered provider’s launch of two new video slots in March; one a modern take on classic fruit slots, Extra Juicy, and the other the ancient Rome-themed Wild Gladiators. And in between their launches, the firm fortified its relationship with Europe’s premier GameTech company, LeoVegas Gaming Group.
Pragmatic’s entire portfolio of live casino games, scratchcards, bingo and video slots is available to all of its operator partners by way of a single API.
