In its continuing global expansion effort, Pragmatic Play has partnered with Intelligent Gaming Pty. Ltd. (IGL) tier one online sports betting brand Supabets in South Africa.

The new deal sees Supabets become the content aggregator’s first operator to gain access to Pragmatic Play’s multi-vertical product suite and is the first operator in the South African market to make the digital range, including slots, live casino and virtual sports, available to its players.

Multi-vertical offering:

Player favorite slots such as those in the successful the John Hunter series, which includes Mayan Gods, Book of Tut, Tomb of the Scarab Queen, Aztec Treasure and Da Vinci’s Treasure, as well as its Megaways range of games, including the recently released Power of Thor Megaways, are now able to be enjoyed by the operator’s players in the region that according to Pragmatic is key to their development goals.

Additionally, the multi-vertical content provider’s live casino software solution, including the TV game show-inspired game of chance Mega Wheel and Mega Roulette, alongside classic table games roulette, baccarat and blackjack. Also included in the offering is the provider’s virtual sports vertical which features horse racing, soccer, and greyhound racing titles.

Diverse offering:

Playgon Games deal:

Earlier this year, the content aggregator was granted approval under its manufacturer license by South African regulators to offer Canadian-based SaaS (software as a service) technology comany Playgon Games Inc.’s live-dealer product to operators in the gaming market, which is estimated at $2.9-billion. Similarily, in that deal, Supabets was the first IGL operator to offer Playgon live-dealer technology. The Vancouver-headqaurtered digital game provider’s partners cureently include Swintt, Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and Solid Gaming, one of Asia’s largest B2B game aggregators.

IGA award:

The new partnership follows the announcement from Pragmatic Play that it has been awarded ‘RNG Casino Supplier of the Year‘, at the 2021 International Gaming Awards (IGA) held at Savoy Hotel London on September 8th.
