In July 2015, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada launched a nonprofit initiative in its continuing effort to support the local community, and on Friday, July 8, the second annual Music for a Mission kicked off during select performances at the Friday Night Live at the Pool concert series.

During each show, three cabanas at the Hard Rock Hotel are donated to nonprofit organizations that support Southern Nevada. The organizations are encouraged to either auction off the cabanas to raise money or to be given to volunteers, staff and donors as a token of appreciation. Along with the donated cabanas, all of the nonprofits will be provided with a credit that can be used for cocktails, bottle service and more, by the property.
