Online casino games developer Yggdrasil Gaming Limited has announced that its innovations will soon be utilized by The Sun Vegas courtesy of a supply deal inked with Australian bookmaking firm Tabcorp Holdings Limited.
The Sun Vegas is a United Kingdom-licensed online casino that launched last year following a tie-up between Melbourne-based Tabcorp Holdings Limited and British newspaper giant News Corp UK and Ireland Limited, which is responsible for The Sun tabloid publication.
Itself a subsidiary of Swedish online casino operator Cherry AB, Yggdrasil Gaming Limited stated that the agreement will see players at The Sun Vegas able to enjoy its full portfolio of online video slots including the recently-premiered Valley of the Gods and Jungle Books. The domain is to moreover have access to its Boost collection of in-game promotional tools as well as its Brag social sharing innovation.
Fredrik Elmqvist, Chief Executive Officer for Yggdrasil Gaming Limited, described the deal with the United Kingdom-facing The Sun Vegas as ‘yet another major coup for us’ that clearly illustrates ‘the growing demand for [our] content in this exciting market’.
“It has been almost two years since we made the strategic decision to enter the United Kingdom and our growth in the jurisdiction has been very encouraging,” read a statement from Elmqvist.
For his part, Adam Ruffett, Casino Director for Tabcorp Holdings Limited’s Tabcorp UK Limited subordinate, declared that Yggdrasil Gaming Limited supplies ‘the type of high-quality games our customers demand’ and that he is ‘delighted’ to be adding such content to the ‘growing library of titles’ at The Sun Bets.
“We’ve been particularly impressed by the powerful and versatile in-game promotional tools that back up these games and are confident they will prove popular on The Sun Vegas,” read a statement from Ruffett.
