The Wildhorse Resort & Casino is a gaming venue located in Pendleton, Oregon that recently decided to expand their liquor sales. The owner/operator of the venue, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation, announced the change, ultimately raising the gaming age limit at the same time.

The restaurants of the casino have offered liquor sales since 2006. Patrons now have the option to order a beer, glass of wine or other option on the gaming floor. Other areas will also include alcohol sales. Because of this change, the casino will now permit individuals who are 21 or over on to the gaming floor. Other areas of the resort will allow the younger than 21 crowd as specific areas will still be family-friendly.

The liquor ordinance was approved by in June of 2015 by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The alcoholic beverages will be for sale at the sports bar and casino bar, with profits from the liquor addition to be upwards of $300,000 a year for the Oregon casino.
