Fresh from last month’s launch of its Cazino Cosmos video slot and online casino games developer, Yggdrasil Gaming Limited, has now unveiled its latest innovation in the five-reel and 20-payline Champions of Rome.
Gladiatorial glee:
A subsidiary of Swedish online casino giant, Cherry AB, the Malta-based innovator used an official press release to declare that Champions of Rome takes players inside the world famous Colosseum so that they can witness ‘a mighty battle’ between rival gladiators ‘where swords, tridents and maces fly through the air’ and create wild symbols as they crash into the reels.
Multiple modes:
Yggdrasil revealed that the mobile-friendly Champions of Rome has been developed using its iSense2.0+ proprietary HTML5 client framework and sees aficionados rewarded with four wild symbols every time they manage to collect at least a pair of scatter icons. It detailed that this situation continues during both of the title’s selected bonus spins modes, which encompass the Deathmatch and Training attractions.
Spins specials:
Jonas Strandman, Head of Slots for Yggdrasil Gaming, stated that the new video slot’s Training mode offers players the chance to win up to eight additional lucrative spins while its compatriot Deathmatch advance challenges aficionados ‘to gather a certain amount of coins’ via fewer spins in order to be rewarded with an up to quadruple multiplier. But, he proclaimed that Deathmatch mode competitors will have ‘to surrender their winnings’ if they fail to collect the required sum although any such disappointment is to be assuaged via the reward of ‘a consolation prize consisting of coins or Training mode spins.’
Strandman’s statement read…
“Champions of Rome is a visually impressive game where players are in control of how much they want to risk. Seasoned slot warriors can satisfy their thirst for adrenaline by choosing to risk it all while more casual players can make a more conservative choice with guaranteed winnings. Fortunately, with four wilds regularly hitting the reels, the gameplay experience will be entertaining whatever strategy they choose.”
