Mobile and online casino games developer Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of its new portrait-mode video slot, the five-reel and 82-payline Power Plant, which is the first to take advantage of the firm’s enhanced iSense 2.0+ HTML client framework featuring a revamped mobile user interface.

Yggdrasil Gaming described Power Plant as a “futuristic game” that transports players to “an electrified industrial world where they search for big wins” while its five-by-eight reel set has been specifically designed to be “portrait mode-friendly” courtesy of “long reels and newly-introduced scrollable paytables”.

In order to hit the mobile-friendly video slot’s re-spin feature, players only need to hit a full stack wild while they are then awarded with a free re-spin with a “sticky” wild stack as well as two to four extra bonus features.

“Power Plant is a game that allows players to enjoy a video slot to its fullest, offering a whole new gaming experience,” read a statement from Jonas Strandman from Yggdrasil Gaming. “Re-spin features and big wins are given out frequently so even a short session brings lots of action. The new iSense 2.0+ gives us a wealth of new options to build innovative titles and Power Plant is just the beginning.”

The end of April saw Yggdrasil Gaming premiere its iSense 2.0+ with the new HTML client framework coming complete with retina support for crisper visuals as well as a new minimalistic mobile user interface and in-game deposit process.
