In the online poker world, it is not unusual for a poker room to sign top players as ambassadors for their brand. The latest online poker room to sign a new ambassador is 888poker, with the latest announcement being made during the World Series of Poker Europe at the King’s Casino of Rozvadov. Vivian Saliba signed a contract with 888poker to become their newest ambassador.
According to PokerNews, Vivian signed with 888poker live on Facebook. After signing her contract with the online poker brand, she stated that she is now officially part of the team. In a press release, Vivian discussed the aspects of 888poker that she enjoys such as the live events with affordable buy-ins and quality structures, plus the amazing locations of the tournament events. As far as online game play is concerned, the poker pro stated that she enjoys the tournament variety of 888 as well as cash games.
Vivian Saliba will be joining the 888poker team with several other well-known poker pros including Sofia Lovgren, Chris Moorman, Kara Scott and Natalie Hoff. Saliba has been playing poker professionally for a few years now and over the summer gain notoriety for finishing in 11th place during the WSOP $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha 8 Handed Championship tournament. She also recently won the 888Live London Women’s Event as well as took part in the PokerStars Championship Barcelona where she earned a 3rd place finish during Event #38.
Vivian should take easily to her new role as poker ambassador for 888poker. She has worked with the company in the past as a poker tournament reporter.
