On December 14th, 2022 the co – founder and CEO of FSB, David McDowell, steps up to the board following 15 – years of his service in order to support the new management team during the next phase of FSB’s company growth.

As previously announced, Ian Gray, who is a well – seasoned executive, has made the wise decision to join FSB as the interim leader and the board liaison while Adam Smith who just so happens to be a technology and telecommunications professional has also joined FSB now as the head of delivery. Sam Lawrence (CTO) and Ian Freeman (CRO) will be participating in new and expanded roles within the latest Executive Team of FSB.
