After agreeing content supply deals earlier this month with Ganapati and White Hat Gaming Limited, online casino games and platform supplier, Relax Gaming Limited, has now announced the signing of a similar agreement with American counterpart, AGS.

Beneficial collaboration:

The Malta-headquartered innovator used an official Tuesday press release to declare that the most recent platform-to-platform alliance is to involve the pair becoming ‘key distribution partners’ in order to supply each others’ content to iGaming operators around the world.

Relax Gaming Limited described the reciprocal arrangement as ‘a significant development within the platform aggregation industry’ as it will involve both parties joining forces so as to broaden their individual distribution. It also detailed that the deal is to encompass its entire portfolio of over 280 games, which include video slots such as Erik the Red, Epic Joker and Zombie Circus, as well as content developed by its Powered By and Silver Bullet studios.

Aggregator alliance:

Licensed by regulators in Alderney, Malta and the United Kingdom, Relax stated that the union with AGS represents ‘a new era of two-way aggregator collaborations’ and is all part of a plan that is set to see it ‘rapidly take a leading position for global distribution.’

Distribution delight:

Daniel Eskola, Chief Executive Officer for the platform supplier, proclaimed that he is ‘proud to have forged this deal with AGS’ and is now looking forward to distributing its ‘exciting product portfolio’ across regulated markets in Europe.

Eskola’s statement read…

“Transparency and open communication are central to our new proposition as we continue to put our strategy for global distribution and collaboration into practice. We’re taking great strides towards building one of the most comprehensive content networks with a benchmark for quality and a fresh and dependable approach to delivery. We’re grateful that this has been recognized by a provider that is as respected as AGS.”

European expansion:

For its part, Las Vegas-based AGS has its roots in the Native American Class II land-based gaming machine market but is soon set to take some 1,000 proprietary titles online via a new platform from its AGS iGaming subordinate. Its President and Chief Executive Officer, David Lopez, stated that Relax Gaming Limited is ‘one of the industry’s most forward-thinking platform providers’ and that the new deal is destined to help his firm to further build its ‘presence in Europe.’

Lopez’ statement read…

“We are excited to be able to release our quality proprietary and aggregated content to Relax Gaming Limited and, in turn, receive reciprocal best-of-breed titles for our expanding operator base. This is an important partnership and we look forward to capitalizing on this opportunity with Relax Gaming Limited.”
