Visitors to the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino will soon have a new dining establishment to enjoy for the three main meals of the day by the 18th of this month. The Canal Street Café is a new dining concept in the works by the casino, which will offer dining choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Opening at 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., diners will have a nice choice of options including building your own omelet for breakfast, burgers and sandwiches for lunch and specialty entrees for dinner. Breakfast is quite affordable starting at $6.95 with lunch and dinner prices ranging from $3.95 to $18.95. The full menu for each meal time can be viewed online, allowing visitors to check out what items are available before visiting.
The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has named Oscar Vega Medina, the former sous chef of the resort as the chef for the new Canal Street Café. The venue will be themed after the city of the casino, Milwaukee and offer unique décor and local foods. The restaurant replaces Locavore, a venue that has been closed for some time, after opening in 2014.
