Hotel and casino profit optimization technology provider Duetto Research has signed a deal to supply its GameChanger revenue strategy solution to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The federally-recognized tribe is adding a 27-story hotel and casino to its River Spirit Casino Resort and Duetto Research is to provide the new 483-room venue with its cloud-based solution for better price and demand management.
When it opens in December, the $365 million hotel facility will transform the River Spirit Casino Resort into the largest facility of its kind in Tulsa with guests also able to enjoy a 30,000 sq ft convention and meeting center along with the 50,000 sq ft Margaritaville Casino And Restaurant.
Tom Allen, Resort Operations General Manager for River Spirit Casino Resort declared in a statement that the new facilities will trigger “extraordinary demand” and that it was “critical” that his operation identified and selected technologies that could adapt to “future needs”.
“Our new facilities are triggering extraordinary demand and it is critical our technology applications be sophisticated enough to pick up all the nuances needed to grow profits for a casino,” said Allen. “But, it’s also so intuitive that our staff can comfortably use it from day one. In order to convert traffic into greater returns, we found Duetto Research’s experience in combining revenue management with predictive analytics to be most beneficial to our launch.”
When completed, the new River Spirit Casino Resort will moreover feature the 2,500-seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events as well as a tropic-themed pool and bar area.
Having already partnered with more than 1,000 hotels and casinos in over 50 nations, Duetto Research stated that GameChanger will enable River Spirit Casino Resort to maximize its loyalty pricing strategies and practice open pricing, which independently calculates room rates based on daily demand, room type and customer segment. The firm explained that its system can also differentiate compensation rates and reinvestment strategies before rewarding loyalty club members depending on spend.
