Lady Luck Games has found the “perfect partner” in EveryMatrix which has invested in the Sweden-based online casino games developer ahead of its NASDAQ First North Growth Market listing set for June 2021.
The agreement will see the Stockholm-headquartered studio also partner with EveryMatrix‘s remote gaming server (RGS), RGS Matrix, which will aid the firm in the development and distribution of its games.
Compliance efforts will also be managed by RGS Matrix, enabling speedy entry into regulated markets, as it already holds licenses in 13 markets across Europe and LATAM and will add more jurisdictions in the coming year.

Established in eary 2019 by industry veterans, the up-and-coming game development studio creates casino games focused on high-quality “sticky designs” and “superb gameplay experience,” providing superior entertainment value to end users. The Swedish firm set itself apart with its “high-quality development team” which is rooted in “established top-tier gaming providers.”
Lady Luck Games will be in good company as it becomes RGS Matrix’s sixth client, joining the ranks of FunFair, JVL, FlipLuck, Spearhead Studios, and Ukraine-headquartered game studio, Wild Boar, which partnered with the B2B iGaming solution in August 2020.
Welcome addition:
Also commenting on the partnership, Chief Executive Officer for EveryMatrix, Ebbe Groes stated in a company press release that in Lady Luck Games they “see the next generation casino games being launched today. The studio has all the prerequisites of becoming a leading player in the casino space.”
The CEO adds that the combination of the game developer’s “highly experienced team” and their RGS Matrix “stellar technology” makes for a “lucky combination that I am sure will prove to be highly successful and lead a rapid expansion.”
Groes goes on to say that the addition of the Lady Luck Games portfolio to their RGS Matrix “is extra welcomed as we get it certified for the growing US market where we already see a great interest from operators in novel content.”
EGR B2B Awards shortlist:
In other exciting news, EveryMatrix recently announced that it has been shortlisted at the EGR B2B Awards 2021 in nine categories, including Aggregator Platform, Full-service Platform of the Year, Esports Betting Supplier, Sports Betting Supplier, Sports Data Supplier and Sportsbook Platform Supplier, Best Customer Service, Affiliate Software Provider, and Payments Company. This year’s prestigious event will be a combination of virtual and in-person on July 6 and 7th.
U.S. market strides:
Meanwhile, the Malta-headquartered software company obtained completed application status issued by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). Lauded as an “important milestone” in its U.S. aspirations, the company will also require customer integration approval as part of the transactional waiver process required to get the nod to go live in the Garden State.
