After recently going live in Michigan with Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, Evolution has now made its extensive range of online live casino games available to operators in the eastern U.S. state of West Virginia.

According to the Tuesday press release, iGaming players in West Virginia will have access to the provider’s live dealer games including Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Live Roulette, Lightning Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, and Three Card Poker, each of which is broadcast via live stream from Evolution’s studio in Pennsylvania to online casinos.

Live Casino Experience:

“We are so happy to bring our live dealer games to players in West Virginia. We are sure online players will absolutely love what they see and the experience of playing live at the tables, just as they would in a real land-based casino,” read a statement from Jeff Millar, Commercial Director North America for Evolution.

Millar explained that players in West Virginia have had access to the extensive slots offering from Evolution Group brand NetEnt for some time.

“Now our live offering adds even more choice and, of course, a new dimension of excitement as online players bet in real-time, with real dealers and alongside fellow online players.”

First U.S. Studio:

The world’s largest supplier of live casino games was founded in 2006 and opened its first U.S. broadcasting studio in New Jersey in 2018. And now operates from three locations in the U.S., adding live casino studios in Pennsylvania, which was the fourth U.S. state to launch iGaming, with Hollywood Casino debuting its online option in July 2019, and Michigan.  Evolution is also set to launch live casino in Connecticut.

Following New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, West Virginia is the fourth state in the U.S. where the supplier operates live casino. Its online slots portfolio has, however, been live in this market since September 2020, a year or so after the West Virginia Legislature passed the West Virginia Lottery Interactive Wagering Act in 2019, legalizing online casino gaming via the state’s four racetrack casinos and the luxury resort casino at The Greenbrier.

Soaring Eagle Gaming Partnership:

As mentioned, the Nasdaq Nordic listed company recently added a new partnership in Michigan with Soaring Eagle Gaming, an enterprise of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Nation. The agreement sees online content from Evolution Group NetEnt and Red Tiger brands, including its portfolio of online Live Casino games and First Person RNG titles from its state-of-the-art live studio in Michigan, made available to customers at the federally-recognized tribe’s Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort located near Mount Pleasant.

Eagle Casino and Sports:

In April this year, the tribe’s gaming arm was authorized to launch internet gaming and sports betting by the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), becoming the Great Lakes State’s 15th operator. And now, operating under the brand name Eagle Casino and Sports, the entity has partnered with platform provider GAN and is live after meeting the state’s regulatory requirements for licensing.
