Venetian Resort Macau - pools!

Incredible pools for the entire family at the Venetian Resort. Private chairs and even full rooms for the family to hang out poolside.

We were thoroughly impressed with the staff and service provided at the Venetian Resort and Casino.  From pickup at the airport all the way through the speedy checkout our stay here was excellent.  More dining than you could wish for, late night coffee, bars and of course 24/7 gambling in one of the largest more impressive casino gaming floors.   The size is nearly overwhelming, but some I would suspect that this is not a problem, but a benefit.  There is even a full golf course on one of the roofs of this building.  Thankfully, upon checking in you will be present with a map to help you find your way around.

Another nice thing they provided us with was a free professional photograph of us in the lobby, which is right in front of the “Great Hall” (check out our photo of the Great Hall on our Facebook page, here.  Just remember its a regular sized photo with no frame or anything.  If you want the framed and larger version (of course) they will charge you.  We wanted some photos, so we feel for it and just got the full package (it wasn’t too expensive).

Unless your taste are absolutely out of this world, you will be thoroughly impressed with your room.  Either they knew we were coming to review them, or their rooms are just incredible. We booked the Royal Suite ($280 USD) and it was super nice.   We found two levels with the living room situated by the huge windows which looked out onto the City of Dreams, Hard Rock and Crown Tower.  Plus we got a great look at the Sands, Conrad, Sheraton, and most of the Cotai Strip.

Venetian Royale Suite

The Venetian Casino Resort has so much going on for gamblers, shoppers and kids that you can’t get bored or run out of things to do.   It is centrally located between Galaxy Casino & Resort and the rest of the Cotai Strip which is massively expanding.  In fact, if you are looking for Vegas style casinos, make sure your book your resort in Taipa (where the Cotai Strip is).  Cotai Strip has more Vegas Style casinos built next to each other than Macau.  However we found Macau to have more culture mixed in with the casinos.

We will be updating the World Casino Directory with lots of new information we gathered on the Venetian and other casinos we visited while we were in town, so make sure you keep looking for our updates on <a title=”Macau Casino Resorts” href=”http://www.worldcasinodirectory.com/macau” target=”_blank”>Macau and the Cotai Strip</a> there.
