Three weeks after hiring Nigel Balcarres to serve as Head of Compliance for its Malta operations and online casino innovator Global Gaming declared that it has now bolstered its affiliates department with the appointment of Elaine Gardiner as its new Head of Affiliates.
Malmo-based Global Gaming is responsible for the Ninja Casino brand and revealed that Gardiner has joined its ranks from fellow Swedish online gambling provider Cherry AB where she held the post of Senior Affiliate Program Manager.
Global Gaming stated that Gardiner has more than eight years of experience in the iGaming industry and moreover gained experience from working as an affiliates manager for the online sportsbook and casino at YouWin.
In her new role with Global Gaming, Gardiner is reportedly set to be responsible for helping to further develop the operator’s affiliates department as it expands its business-to-consumer services, which also includes the Viking Slots and Kotikasino brands, while ensuring that the division delivers a fair and inclusive program to all of its partners.
Gardiner explained that she is ‘thrilled’ to be given the chance to lead Global Gaming’s affiliate division and is now ‘looking forward to this new chapter in my career’.
“Myself and the company share the same ambitions and it’s an exciting time to join such a fast-growing business,” read a statement from Gardiner. “We have a number of interesting projects in the pipeline, so watch this space.”
Morten Madsen, Chief Marketing Officer for Global Gaming, described his firm’s hiring of Gardiner as ‘a coup’ before detailing that her ‘strong track record and knowledge of the affiliates industry’ had helped Cherry AB to improve the performance of its own affiliates department.
“This is an investment in our affiliates department and it is just one of the many areas we are developing to support our future growth strategy,” read a statement from Madsen.
