In what is its third partnership agreement this month, Swedish videogame and interactive entertainment developer, Gaming Corps, has penned an agreement with B2B platform and aggregator Groove Gaming.
The collaboration, which leverages Groove Gaming’s international presence and its array of tier-one operators, will see it become a “key” distributor of the Uppsala, Sweden-headquartered game development company‘s rapidly expanding iGaming portfolio comprising casino slots, Multiplier and bespoke games.
Multiplier appeal:
Commenting on the new tie-up, Yahale Meltzer, Chief Operating Officer for Groove Gaming said…
“We are looking forward to distribute Gaming Corps’ upcoming products to the market, as well as being a point of reference for their exciting existing portfolio, which is already a strong collection of games that lead the way in their respective categories, according to a source.
The COO went on to explain that they “recognise significant potential” in their [Gaming Corps] multiplier games, which, he said, “have special appeal” to Millenials, and “this is a category we strongly recommend the major operators to start focusing on.”
Leading aggregator:
Front and center in the global iGaming industry, the Dutch aggregator‘s games catalog already boasts more than 5,000 games comprised of slots, online casino, live casino, poker, table games, and the recently added Real Casino, from over 60 leading providers. Operators are able to access the games via seamless integration to drive player participation and revenue.
Industry-leading operators such as BetConstruct, Alea, Max Entertainment, Quickfire, QTech, Hub88, ProgressPlay, GoBet, Digitain, iGP, and EveryMatrix, call the company their aggregator of choice, with Isle of Man-based B2B software provider Skywind Group being one of the most recent additions to the prestigious network.
Adding his perspective on the strategic alliance, Mats Lundin, Chief Commercial Officer for Gaming Corps, said they are glad to be able to partner with a “key industry-player” like Groove Gaming.” And praising “Yahale and Gil” for making a “forward-looking” company that they are “excited to be collaborating with and to be bouncing product development ideas off of.”
The COO said he is “confident” that the partnership “holds a myriad of possibilities to really establish a significant win-win relationship.”
Betsson Group tie-up:
Based in Sweden with development studios in Smart City, Malta and Kyiv, Ukraine, Gaming Corps was founded in 2014 and is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The company, which develops games within two business areas including iGaming and gaming, recently signed a partnership agreement with Betsson Group.
The three-part deal announced on July 21, 2021, includes:
- Distribution of the developer’s complete iGaming portfolio to the online gambling company’s fully and partially owned online casinos under leading brands such as Europebet, Betsafe and NordicBet.
- Bespoke adaption of upcoming Multiplier Games alongside upcoming Blackjack games for various Group brands.
- Bespoke development of a new type of game to be offered exclusively via Betsson Group-owned online casinos.
ESA Gaming alliance:
Meanwhile, Gaming Corps kicked off the month by partnering with aggregator and game provider ESA Gaming for its Game Aggregator System (GAS).
