A little over three weeks after inking a supply deal with online gaming platform provider, Game Interaction Group Limited, and lottery innovator, Helio Gaming, has now signed a similar agreement for Nigeria with Hammer Lottery.
Contract for bespoke titles:
According to an official press release published by boutique gaming event organizer European Gaming Media and Events, the latest arrangement is set to see the Malta-headquartered lottery firm provide Hammer Lottery with a range of customizable games featuring ‘localized features.’
Initial game to premiere soon:
Helio explained that the first of these new titles, which will be a twice-weekly and operator-branded six-of-25 title featuring a ₦100 ($0.28) entry fee, is to be launched before the end of September followed by ‘further games’ over the course of ‘the coming months.’
Second African partnership:
The agreement was inked hard on the heels of an analogous deal with Kenyan operator, Lotto Joto with Richard Mifsud, Chief Executive Officer for Helio Gaming, declaring that he is ‘very confident’ that both firms’ customers ‘will enjoy playing our games.’
Mifsud’s statement read…
“We have ambitious plans in Africa, which has a number of markets that are tailor-made for our new breed of lottery products, and it is great that Hammer Lottery is leading the charge in Nigeria.”
Multiple operator advantages:
The lottery innovator stated that its range of games require no skill or pre-existing knowledge and give operators the chance to increase acquisition and retention rates via the offering of ‘high-frequency and life-changing prizes.’
Managing Director for Hammer Lottery, Olumuyiwa Awosile…
“We are very pleased to have reached an agreement with Richard and the team at Helio Gaming and are excited about the opportunities the deal presents.”
