For the first time ever, upstate and downstate legislators in Delaware are joining forces to support two new casinos.  While each side believes they deserve a casino, they seem to agree that the other deserves one as well.  As Rep. Dennis P. Williams stated, “I’m supporting anything in terms of the economy and keeping jobs”.
