Individuals hoping to gain employment at the $1.3 billion hotel and casino currently under development in Prince George’s County, Maryland can now apply at MGM National Harbor’s Employment Center, which opened on Monday.

The training center is located in the newly renovated building in Oxon Hill which once was the Thomas Addison Elementary school, and along with providing house training programs, will assist those hoping to gain employment in 100 available job areas.

The Prince George’s Community College Dealer School is also housed at the property, where approximately 200 students are being taught table games, including Baccarat and Blackjack. The Center is also home to MGM National Harbor’s workforce and human resource teams who are responsible for screening job candidates, employment processing, and skills training. Throughout the upcoming months, approximately 3,600 employees are expected to be hired by the MGM National Harbor.
