Digital messaging platform provider OtherLevels Holdings Limited has significantly strengthened its senior management team following the hiring of Andy Dellbridge as its new Head of Professional Services and Customer Success.
Joining from Camelot Group following an 18-month spell as the British lottery operator’s Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Player Communications, Dellbridge also picked up CRM experience during a seven-year term with Nationwide Building Society.
OtherLevels Holdings Limited provides advanced messaging techniques such as app and web push innovations that have been designed to grow a client’s conversion and engagement rates. Dellbridge is to be responsible for helping customers to maximize their digital messaging investment by managing all of its professional services functions including implementation and strategic planning.
