In a move that will greatly boost its global presence, Relax Gaming has joined forces with British sports betting and gambling company GVC Holdings.
Courtesy of the agreement, the Isle of Man-headquartered company’s leading gaming operators will gain access to Relax’s proprietary slot titles, including popular games such as the Aztec-themed Temple Tumble, Money Train and Snake Arena. Also part of the deal is a selection of the supplier’s premium titles from its extensive library of aggregated third-party content.
Continued expansion:
Chief Commercial Officer for Relax Gaming, Daniel Eskola, commented on the content deal in an official press release, saying…
“GVC is one of the most well-respected names in the gambling industry with years of experience in the sector, and we’re delighted to have signed a deal to provide our popular content to its online brands.
“It’s been an incredibly busy year for us at Relax Gaming as we continue to expand our network with leading operators, and we look forward to offering our games to an even wider audience through this exciting new partnership.”
GVC holds licenses in more than 20 jurisdictions and operates some of the industry’s leading online brands, including Coral, partypoker, Ladbrokes, Sportingbet, and bwin. Along with GVC’s consumer-facing brands, the provider and aggregator’s content will also “feed into” the group’s business-to-business services, furnished to various top gaming operators around the world.
Among the first:
The national lottery in Denmark and part of the World Lottery Association (WLA), Danske Spil will reportedly be one of the first operators to access Relax’s proprietary and aggregated content, growing its presence in the Danish market.
GVC Holdings Commercial Director, Paris Anatolitis, added…
“At GVC, our aim is to provide our customers with the most cutting-edge and innovative content available and deliver the industry’s premier gaming experience.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have joined forces with Relax Gaming, and we know its games will be a huge hit with our players, and a fantastic addition to our market-leading portfolio.”
GVC’s international distribution presence will enable Relax to boost its global reach and maintain its commercial success.
Milestone year:
Relax celebrated its 10th anniversary this year and has over the last few months secured multiple high-profile deals with leading online casinos.
The company has grown to five locations including its Malta headquarters, Estonia, Finland, Serbia and Sweden, while its partners have access to a library of more than 1,000 casino games comprised of high-quality aggregated content from a select group of Silver Bullet and Powered By studios, such as Kalamba Games, STHLMGAMING and up-and-comer 4ThePlayer.com, as well as High 5 Games, Big Time Gaming and Quickspin.
