In April of last year, Sands Bethlehem asked permission of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to install new electronic table games on the casino game floor. Permission was granted and the casino has now finished up installing games provided by IGT. The gaming product provider installed a gaming stadium for live electronic gaming, with 150 cabinets now available on the gaming floor.
IGT installed their Dynasty ETG cabinets at the Sands Bethlehem, with this completed installation becoming the largest collection of the gaming device to ever be placed in a US venue. With the cabinets, players will have access to live baccarat as well as live roulette gaming options. The games are connected with a game terminal that allows for wagers to be placed electronically on many games at once.
Spread out over almost 6,000 square feet of space, the casino is the first in the state to offer the ETG gaming option by IGT. Senior Vice President of Sales for North American Gaming and Interactive at IGT, Nick Khin, stated that his company has reached an important milestone after turning the Sands Bethlehem casino into the largest live ETG destination across the United States.
Khin further stated that the Dynasty gaming product is a versatile gaming option that was designed to engage a wider number of customers as well as range of gamblers to offer a dynamic experience and work to evolve the digital gaming era.
