After earlier hailing 2018 as its ‘most successful year’, online gaming platform developer, Bede Gaming Limited, has now announced that the next twelve months are due to see it make a concerted effort at expanding into Spain’s iGaming market.
Licensed technologies:
According to an official Monday press release published by European Gaming Media and Events, the innovator detailed that its online gaming platform is licensed by the Spain’s Direccion General de Ordenacion del Juego (DGOJ) regulator and is already being utilized by the Enracha.es domain from fellow British firm The Rank Group.
Responsible gambling tools:
Newcastle-upon-Tyne-headquartered, Bede, stated that its scalable technology comes complete with ‘a wide range of cutting-edge and proactive marketing tools’ as well as ‘two direct sportsbooks’ from SBTech and Kambi Group. It proclaimed that its platform moreover features a catalogue of over 3,000 games alongside a portfolio of responsible gambling innovations that make it ‘the safest place to play.’
Growing market:
Ross Haselhurst, Commercial Director for Bede, declared that Spain recently reported a 30% rise year-on-year in third-quarter online gross gaming revenues while his firm topped off 2018 by inking a string of supply deals with the likes of Play‘n Go and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Haselhurst acknowledged that his firm has recently been fielding an increasing amount of interest from Spanish operators keen on expanding their presence without being hampered by ‘the resources required to service new markets’ or the prospects of degrading ‘performance in their core markets.’
