This summer, poker action abounds in Las Vegas. Poker players will have access to the World Series of Poker at the Rio and the ARIA is set to host several big events as well. The Venetian is not to be left out, as it will be hosting the DeepStack Extravaganza III, offering players 150 poker events starting May 14th and continuing through July 29th, providing over $31 million in total prize money.
For 2018, the series will be offering 40 more events than the 2017 series, plus a whopping $10 million more in guaranteed prize money. The DeepStack Extravaganza III is starting at its regular time but has been extended by about a week to provide mgameplayplay options. It is important for players to note that events on the schedule before May 26th will take place at the Venetian while those on the 26th and after will take place at the Sands Hall G Convention Center.
The series will begin on the 14th with two tournaments on the schedule. The first being the $340 NLH DoubleStack with a $280+60 buy-in and $100,000 in guaranteed prize money. This tournament begins at 12pm. The second event for the first day is the $200 NLH Progressive Bounty, which begins at 7pm and offers a $9,000 guaranteed prize pool and $160+40 buy-in.
Additional highlights on the schedule include the $1,100 Mid-Stakes Poker Tour Event on June 3rd, which offers an amazing $3.5 million in guaranteed prize money. Players can compete for $1 million with the $400 NightStack on June 7th, with eight starting flights for the tournament. From June 18th to the 22nd, players will find the $1,600 Mid-States Poker Tour on the schedule, offering $3 million in guaranteed prize money.
