GameAccount Network plc, now known as GAN, is a developer of online gambling solutions as well as supplier to casino operators around the world, both land and online based. GAN has recently partnered with the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa of Atlantic City to launch an online experience with the company’s Simulated Gaming product.

The partnership will include the launch of Simulated Gaming as well as be given the option to be the manager of the real-money Regulated Gaming options of the casino, if GAN can meet the set conditions. GAN’s Simulated Gaming will be placed in the My Borgata Rewards, which is the loyalty program of the facility.

With the partnership, GAN and the casino will be working together to restate the relationship of the Borgata with the customers who gamble with a social casino gaming option online. The Regulated Gaming option of Borgata is being operated by GameSTACK of GAN, the company’s online gaming system.

This will also be integrated into the loyalty program of the casino. GAN will start managing the Regulated Gaming option only. If given approval from the Division of Gaming Enforcement of New Jersey, GAN can then move forward to working further with the casino. Borgata must also give GAN the permissions to begin with operations.

Dermot Smurfit is the CEO of GAN who commented that part of the company’s strategy is to be a solution to the Regulated Gaming and Simulated Gaming in real-money form. In certain instances, one platform will have the ability to serve for both options.

Smurfit further stated that in 2016, GAN will begin to serve Simulated Gaming to the customers of Borgata in Atlantic City that are living outside of New Jersey. If the company is able to gain consent from the casino and the Gaming Commission, they will have the option to begin providing real-money Regulated Gaming to customers of the Borgata to live within in the state of New Jersey in the coming months.
