Endorphina, a Prague-based supplier of online casino games, has reached a significant milestone by receiving a Gaming-Related Vendor License from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) of the United Arab Emirates. This license, awarded in early 2026, marks the company’s official entry into the newly regulated UAE gaming market. With the GCGRA serving as the body responsible for overseeing all commercial gaming activities within the UAE, Endorphina’s approval to operate under its jurisdiction is a noteworthy development.
Pioneering Efforts in the UAE’s Regulated Gaming Market
As one of the first suppliers to secure this prestigious license, Endorphina is now positioned to offer its high-quality gaming content throughout the Emirates. The license specifically allows the company to deliver gaming-related products and services, including its widely recognized slot games, under the rigorous compliance framework established by the GCGRA.
Džangar Jesenov, Head of Compliance at Endorphina, expressed the company’s pride in this achievement: “Receiving this license in the early stages of the UAE’s regulated gaming market is both an honor and a responsibility. Over the years, Endorphina has grown into a reputable, internationally recognized supplier, following a principle of gradual and sustainable development.”
The GCGRA’s decision to grant Endorphina a license signals a broader move toward global expansion. Jesenov further emphasized the company’s strategic growth across multiple jurisdictions, stating in a press release, “Today, in terms of the number of jurisdictions where we are authorized to operate, we are proud to be ranked among the top providers worldwide.”
This achievement strengthens Endorphina’s presence in the Middle East, a region with rapidly developing gaming markets. The UAE’s regulated gaming market is expected to attract a mix of established European suppliers and local operators, adding a competitive edge to the region’s gaming landscape.
Endorphina’s entry into the UAE market aligns with its long-term strategy to contribute to the development of a sustainable and innovative gaming industry. As a newly licensed operator, Endorphina intends to be a key player in shaping the future of regulated gaming in the UAE, working closely with the GCGRA to adhere to the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and responsible business practices.
Jesonov added, “We are excited to contribute to shaping a sustainable and innovative industry under the guidance of the GCGRA,” highlighting the company’s commitment to ensuring a positive and responsible impact on the local gaming ecosystem.
Collaborating with Other Industry Leaders
Endorphina’s licensing approval comes as part of a broader wave of new entrants into the UAE gaming market. Alongside Endorphina, other prominent suppliers, including IGT, GeoComply, and Cammegh, have also received approval from the GCGRA to operate within the UAE. These moves reflect the growing interest in the UAE’s regulated market, which is expected to continue to evolve in the coming years. Notably, IGT had previously been granted a license for its lottery business, and other gaming operators are likely to follow suit.
The UAE’s growing gaming market is becoming a destination for global suppliers, as the country continues to develop its casino and gaming regulations. The expected expansion of land-based casino resorts, such as Wynn Resorts’ $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island project, only strengthens the appeal of the UAE as a hub for both land-based and online gaming operations.
