Manchester United has formed a partnership with Donaco International Limited, according to an August 19, 2015 announcement. Donaco is a casino resort company located in Asia. It is the first official partnership between a Football league and casino in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and South Korea.

Donaco Internatinal formed in 2002 operating a leisure and entertainment company across Asian Pacific countries. The company bought Star Vegas Resort and Club in Cambodia and owns Aristo International Hotel in Vietnam.

The agreement between Donaco and Manchester United is designed to help the two companies connect with the 325 million fans of Football all over Asia. It is going to use exclusive club branding and content to do so.

Richard Arnold of Manchester United Group stated, “This is a significant partnership for Manchester United, with Donaco being our first ever Official Casino Resort partner. We are looking forward to working with Donaco and bringing the excitement of Manchester United to our millions of fans in these countries.”

“Donaco takes great pride in its commitment to delivering best-in-class casino resorts to our customers in Asia,” according to Joey Lim, Donaco’s managing director.

He continued to say, “Through our partnership with Manchester United, we look forward to delivering compelling marketing campaigns to better engage with our customers and fans and help expedite our growth and footprint across the region.”
