Following the launch of its savannah-themed sequel and online casino betting software provider, Betsoft Gaming, has grown its audience after inking a distribution agreement with iGaming operator 888 Holdings for its digital domain.

Under the deal with the Israel-based online gaming and entertainment operator, Betsoft’s “dynamic content portfolio” will debut with 888casino.com in what the premier producer of high-quality iGaming products credits as a “complementary and exciting partnership.”

Included in the distribution agreement are popular releases such as the Stone Age-hit, Primal Hunt, and the fast-paced slot, Take the Bank, as well as the recently-launched 4-reel, 20-paylines, Stacked, and the Greek mythology-themed, Take Olympus, both of which are part of Betsoft’s exciting 2021 line-up. The content integration will be delivered via Pariplay‘s advanced Fusion aggregation platform.

Founded in 2006, the Malta-headquartered company has a presence in more than 15 regulated markets with more than 200 operators throughout Europe and the Americas while its gaming suite boasts over 200 RNG (random number generated) games.

Operator demand:

Head of Account Management for Betsoft Gaming, Anna Mackney said that the distribution agreement is “further confirmation” that the firm’s content is in “high demand from top tier operators such as 888casino.” And…

“Their commitment to delivering quality entertainment to a broad player demographic makes this a complementary and exciting partnership.”

The agreement follows the recent appointment of Mackney, who, as the newest member of Betsoft’s management team, will lead sales and accounting functions at the firm. With more than a decade of experience in the gaming industry, Mackney previously worked for UK-based independent event organizers Clarion Events before joining Betsoft in 2015.

As mentioned, the content provider also recently launched Safari Sam 2, the fun sequel to the original 5-reel, 30-line video slot which has a $25,000.00 max cash jackpot. The new amped-up version that welcomes Sam back has 5 reels and 50 paylines and is loaded with features such as Compass Wilds, Scatters, extra spins and more.

888 Q1 revenue swell:

888, meanwhile, said that strong product-leadership strategy, long-term positive customer acquisition trends, and continued expansion in regulated markets, were all key to reported Q1 revenue growth of 56 percent to $272.5m from $164.6 million over the same period in 2020.

According to the Wednesday trading report (pdf), B2C revenue saw a 67 percent year-on-year increase to finish at $262.8 million, up from $156.9 million for Q1 2020, led by casino (68 percent), sport (53 percent), with continued growth in poker (10 percent) and bingo (8 percent).
