Before joining the Hard Rock team, Spajic was a principal consultant for online gaming at Rush Street Gaming, a casino operator of Chicago. In this position, Spajic worked closely with the top management officials of the company on a business model for online gaming as well as strategies for market penetration, and the organization of vendor agreements. Spajic also worked with the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa of Boyd Gaming Group, as a principal consultant and project leader for online gaming. Previously, Spajic held a variety of roles in an executive position in general management, marketing, project management, business development as well as multi-territory business operations management.
