After just recently launching its first game of the new year, Swedish games developer Play’n GO has now revealed its latest title, Wildhound Derby.
The 5-reel, 4-row, and 30 fixed paylines slot allows players to enjoy the excitement of the fading sport of Greyhound racing without having to worry about any harm coming to this gentle breed.
“Players will love the excitement and the fun of watching the dogs race, and the possibility of a big win!”
This very high volatility game is set at the dog track where the bright lights and crowds of busy sports betters cheer on their favorite pooch and the symbols include a betting slip, a winner’s ribbon, a form guide and cash.
Multiple Wilds:
The game also comes complete with five Wilds, including the Winner’s Cup, and the Wildhounds of the game, Braveheart, Daring Dex, Beadle’s Teabag and Oh My Dog.
Dog Race is the game’s extra spin feature that once triggered allows players to choose the greyhound they think will win the race and cheer them on in their effort to make it across the finish line first.
With the exception of Hugo Goal, Play’n GO is not especially known for its sports-based titles, however, with 2020 expected to be a “landmark year” for the slot provider and an ambitious 52 games set for release, it would not be surprising to see a diverse range of titles added to the Växjö-headquartered studio‘s award-winning portfolio.
More to come:
Chief Executive Officer for Play’n GO, Johan Törnqvist used an official press release to comment on the firm’s latest title…
“Wildhound Derby is an exciting example of what you can expect from us this year. It’s a thrilling game with a new type of feature, not seen from us before. Players will love the excitement and the fun of watching the dogs race, and the possibility of a big win!
We love innovating what we do at Play’n GO, and this is just one example of how we intend to innovate throughout 2020.”
Ambitious lineup:
On the heels of its final launch of 2019, Wild Frames, a 7-reel, 7-row, cluster pays grid slot based on the “classic casino chic of Vegas,” the Swedish slots specialist is determined not to rest on its laurels and has begun to put together a release schedule for what it figures to be its busiest year to date for premiering new games. The provider is already off to a good start with the early release of the Egyptian-themed title, Legacy of Dead, its first game of the new year.
Play’n GO wrapped 2019 on a high note, kicking off the month of December with another Egyptian themed title, Ankh of Anubis, which focuses on the god of death, Anubis. The talented supplier followed with Divine Showdown, a unique addition to its games portfolio that combines powerful figures from four different mythologies.
