Neon Analytics, a business intelligence platform will be used that includes a suite of custom dashboards. The dashboards are designed based on the venue and needs of the office management teams. The Neon system used by Grosvenor will be the most technically advanced in the world, in relation to a retail casino system. An HTML5 interface is used with the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, with Playtech providing a comprehensive implementation of the software as well as management service for the platform.
Playtech ONE Omni-channel solution connects online gaming operations with retail services, maximizing cross-channel player conversion. The platform of Neon is a core component of ONE and provides operators with a single view of customers.
Intelligent Gaming Systems is a subsidiary of Playtech, who’s Managing Director Martin Sykes stated that the company is proud to partner with the UK’s largest casino operator and cement their position as the fastest growing supplier of systems to retail casinos. The project with Grosvenor’s is another example of the company’s unique consultative approach, according to Sykes. Playtech performed an extensive scoping exercise which helped to analyze the requirements of Grosvenor’s and then worked closely with the casino’s operational experts to be able to identify opportunities to improve the systems and the business processes of the casinos.
