Online casino games developer, BetSoft Gaming Limited, has announced that it will extend its international reach after receiving a Class II gaming license from the Romanian National Gambling Office.
Via an official press release, the Maltese firm detailed that the new license means that it can now offer partners and players in Romania its complete portfolio of video slot games including those from its HTML5-friendly Slots3 range alongside its Casino Manager support and back-office innovation.
Julian Camilleri, Account Management Director for Valleta-headquartered BetSoft Gaming Limited, stated that the developer was ‘incredibly pleased’ to have been given the right to supply its platforms and games to online casino partners in ‘such an exciting market’. “While other providers rushed in early, we now believe the time is right for an educated player base to engage with our cutting-edge content and for mature operators to truly benefit from our proven platforms,” read a statement from Camilleri.
BetSoft Gaming Limited explained that the Romanian license comes as a result of its ‘investment in independent certifications’ that has recently seen it receive similar authorizations from authorities in Italy and Denmark. It proclaimed that the award moreover means that it will be able to utilize its Shift and Vault innovations to develop market-specific and cross-game features for the Eastern European nation’s market while moreover bringing ‘marquee online slots to regions where data connectivity has traditionally been a barrier.’
For his part, Matt Avison, Account Manager for BetSoft Gaming Limited, described internationalization as ‘one of the cornerstones’ of his firm’s strategy over the immediate future before asserting that the developer had ‘worked hard’ during the last year ‘to lay the foundations for further growth at home and abroad’.
