Digital marketing platform provider OtherLevels Holdings Limited has signed an agreement that has seen it provide its Web Push and Rich Inbox intelligent messaging innovations to United Kingdom lottery operator Camelot UK Lotteries Limited.

OtherLevels Holdings Limited, which has offices in London, San Francisco, Sydney and Brisbane, revealed that the deal is set to improve the ability of Camelot UK Lotteries Limited to send out effective messaging to players of The National Lottery via a desktop or mobile browser while also improving acquisition and retention rates.

“We are very pleased Camelot [UK Lotteries Limited] has entrusted us to deliver services to further boost its digital engagement with The National Lottery players,” read a statement from Lance Standing, Europe, Middle East and Africa General Manager for OtherLevels Holdings Limited, which additionally counts the likes of Ladbrokes Coral Group, GVC Holdings and Gamesys Limited among its gambling clients. “Our Web Push and Rich Box messaging services will provide Camelot [UK Lotteries Limited] with even greater reach and we are confident that it will prove to be a powerful tool in its marketing strategy.”

OtherLevels Holdings Limited declared that its desktop Web Push advance has been designed to widen operator contact with previously unreachable players “at various parts of the conversion funnel” while its Rich Inbox function enables providers to connect to an entire customer base via the use of an “email-like inbox”. These innovations are due to follow Camelot UK Lotteries Limited’s recent integration of the developer’s Native App Push, which provides push notifications via mobile devices.

“We’re thrilled to be extending our relationship with OtherLevels [Holdings Limited], whose services have already proven to be highly effective for us,” read a statement from Andy Dellbridge, Customer Relationship Management and Digital Player Communications Head for Watford-based Camelot UK Lotteries Limited. “We’ve seen our revenues per 1,000 messages double via the Native App Push service and we are very confident that the addition of Web Push and Rich Inbox will have a hugely positive impact too.”

As part of its deal, OtherLevels Holdings Limited moreover stated that it is ensuring a smooth transition by providing Camelot UK Lotteries Limited and its third-party partners with access to its own squad of technical experts with this experienced team assisting in the establishment of messaging strategies as well as the optimizing and sending out of managed campaigns.

“None of this would have been achievable without the help of the experienced OtherLevels [Holdings Limited] consultants and technical team, who have had a hands-on approach in setting up our messaging strategy, campaign optimization and the sending of managed campaigns,” read the statement from Dellbridge.
